We have worked with Barclays Bank to design
a retail customer service pre-employment programme
aimed at generating a pool of potential junior customer
facing recruits for the Bank.

London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea
For two consecutive years we have delivered a customised
CMI management training programme for Royal Borough
of Kensington and Chelsea staff.

London Borough of Hounslow
Kevin Hagan successfully completed his post graduate CMI studies with us in 2005 and subsequently gained promotion to Head of Parking Services. Over the last two years has secured funding for five of his staff to undertake CMI courses within the Management and Leadership training unit.

Fortunegate Community Housing
Design and delivery of a number of short training programmes at Fortunegate Housing Association.
These have covered topics including Tenancies, Rent arrears, Possession Proceedings, Disrepair and
Anti social housing.
