Selecting effective training for your employees can
vastly improve productivity in the work place.


Funded through the Learning and Skills Council,
Train to Gain is a major initiative designed to help businesses
and their employees increase their skill levels and benefit from
improved performance, increased productivity and raised customer
satisfaction.


The flexible nature of our training programmes means that
it can be delivered at a time and location to suit the needs of your business. We offer Train to Gain courses in a wide range of subjects to suit your training needs. See below for a comprehensive list of the different courses available.


Train to Gain funding is available for Skills for Life courses, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 NVQs and equivalent. Grants are also available through the scheme to assist in training employees in Leadership and Management positions. Also, organisations with less than 50 employees may be entitled to wage reimbursement whilst the employee is training.

Who is eligible?
All employees who do not already hold a Level 2 qualification.
