Postive Action in Construction

Women are a significantly underrepresented proportion of the UK’s Construction workforce. In response to this we are now able to offer funded vocational training.

Female employees working in the construction industry you can now be assessed and trained to achieve an NVQ in Site Supervision/Management Level 3 or 4 . The programme is designed for employees with limited time to spare so there is minimal disruption to your day-to-day job or employer.

Funding is available to those who are :

• Working in the London area
• Working on site
• Working in a company with less than 250 employees
